BAUER has set quality standards for compressors worldwide. The new range of MAXXIMUM PRESSURE products live up to the excellent reputation. The centrepiece of the product range, which was unveiled at the Euro Diving Fair 1997, is a diver's watch.
The diver's watch satisfies all the criteria that are of importance to divers. The massive stainless steel casing is shock proof. The steel bezel has a fluorescent zero marker. The screwed, stainless steel crown safely seals the clockwork. The mineral glass, which covers to the watch's dial, is extremely scratch-resistant. The PVC watchstrap stands up well to salt water and has been adequately dimensioned in order to fit over a neoprene suit.
The BAUER Collection
In time for Christmas, the entire BAUER Collection will be available.
High quality shirts, vests and caps will keep you warm during your dive trips. Enjoy a hot cup of coffee after a dive in the unbreakable, stainless steel thermos can. If you prefer to lounge on the beach, the BAUER beach towel is made for you. D-I-Y divers might prefer a gift set consisting of a Mini-Maglite and Swiss Army knife. A multipurpose designer knife is also available. |

Individual Testing like all BAUER products, each MAXXIMUM PRESSURE watch has been thoroughly tested before shipping. Water resistance and functions are put to the test. Each watch is guaranteed to be waterproof up to 300 bar.
The watch's 'heartbeat' is a Miyota 2105 quartz running mechanism, which operates the hour-, minute- and second hands, as well as the day- and date-functions. The day can be displayed in either German or English. The generously proportioned, fluorescent dial displays the MAXXIMUM PRESSURE logo - an outlined compressor block. The hour markers are fluorescent orange.
The watch is sold in a designer metal gift box, which will also fit your sunglasses.
Verdict: robust design, reliability and the excellent image of BAUER KOMPRESSOREN. What more could you ask for? BAUER Diver's Watch does not flaunt unnecessary gimmicks, but sticks to the essentials: displaying dive time.
