At the "boot 2005" trade fair BAUER KOMPRESSOREN presented their brand new MINI-VERTICUS III, which stands out not only thanks to its design, but also thanks to its sophisticated ergonomic operational concept and its robustness under the most difficult climatic conditions.
The completely new designed and innovative shaped housing of the new MINI-VERTICUS III already confirms our suspicions that we can expect quite a bit from its inner qualities:
Thanks to new design developments, the MINI-VERTICUS III is able to "keep cool" even under the most difficult climatic conditions such as those found in tropical and desert areas: all three units are now equipped with a newly developed oil cooling in the third stage of compression.
The redesigned fanwheel builds up more cooling pressure thanks to its recalculated profiles.
The intake filter, also new, improves the unit's efficiency. Result: The maximum air delivery capacity of the MV-unit range has been increased by 10 litres to 250 l/min.
The new ergo-front panel makes it much easier to operate: The condensate canister has been integrated into the housing, it indicates the filling level at a glance and can be easily removed to be emptied.
The SECURUS filter monitoring system has also been integrated into the housing and the filling hoses with safety filling valves are well placed and easily accessible at an optimum height in the filling hose mounting.
