VERTICUS (B)GIB Range

The new booster range with high capacities and best efficiency especially at low pressures.

Its dimensions are very favourable due to the vertical positioning of compressor and motor, the required floor space is only approx. 1m² ( Design A ).

Through various measures, the noise level of the VERTICUS "Super-Silent" ( Design B ) has been further reduced. Depending on the model, it is between 68 and 72 dB(a) at a distance of 1 m.

Constructive minimisation of cylinder attrition result in very high efficiency.

A well proven compressor concept, available in open and Super Silent version.

Designed for long life and low operating costs.

  • Air cooled inter and after coolers for all compressor stages
  • Intermediate and final separators for oil and water condensate
  • Safety valves after each compressor stage, final safety valve (TÜV certified)
  • Pressure maintaining valve after last compressor stage
• Automatic condensate drain
  • Automatically drains oil and water in the intermediate and final separator while the unit operates

  • Compressor control (consisting of B-CONTROL and possibly extensions); the unit monitors relevant compressor parameters
