Instrument Air Package with a High Pressure Gas Booster Compressor

BAUER KOMPRESSOREN UK Ltd. has extensive experience in the design and construction of Instrument Air Packages and Nitrogen Generators for the Oil and Gas Industry. Specially designed to suit client specifications these turn-key packages are suitable for either Onshore or Offshore conditions including extreme ambient temperatures and hazardous (explosion-proof) area classifications.

Comprising electrically driven Oil lubricated Screw Compressors employing air-ends from the BAUER Group Sister Company ROTORCOMP VERDICHTER and Heatless Desiccant Dryers with ultra-high efficiency, fluid separation, particle and hydro-carbon removal filtration plus all pressure, temperature and process controls, these complete packages with volumetric capacities from 1400l/min to 14000l/min and working pressures up to 13 Barg deliver clean, dry air to Oilfield, wellhead and platform instrumentation and control gear.

When combined with proven Hollow Fibre Membrane technology the compressor and purification technology applied to our Instrument Air Packages can generate gaseous Nitrogen at purities up to 99.5% for use in blanketing or inerting applications with the potential to incorporate a BAUER High Pressure Gas Booster Compressor for increased pressure to point of use or to storage at up to 350 bar.
