Final Separator

The final separator removes oil and water vapours after the air has been compressed.

The separated oil and water emulsion collects in the bottom of the separator container and can be drained via an automatic condensate drain.

K180 size or smaller: incorporated in every stage after the second stage.
K22 size or larger: incorporated after every stage.

VERTICUS units integrate the final separator inside the unit housing (see diagram to the right). Optimal separation is achieved because the circulating air stream cools the separator housing.
