Scope of delivery for B-SAFE 100 with filling hoses

B-SAFE 100, consisting of safety chamber, explosion-proof doors, with automatic locking for preventing operating errors, mounted on solid base frame; in the safety chamber included:

Device for 6 pressure cylinders (optional for 10 cylinders on request)

Optionally with proportional valve (for filling rate 20-50 bar/min – 290-700 psig/min.) or solenoid valve (filling speed according to delivery from compressor)

Filling device PN 200 resp. 300 bar, consisting of 6 filling hoses with tank connections 5/8“ BSP, DIN EN 144-2, with automatic vent.

Filling device PN 200/300 bar additionally with pressure reducer, safety valve, pressure sensor and gauge; numbers of filling connections for pressure range PN 200 and PN 300 bar free selectable, however 6 connections max.

Touch screen for monitoring and controlling of filling process.
